What an exciting week!

We were pleased to exhibit at the kbb show 4-7 March at the NEC Birmingham. kbb Birmingham is the must-attend UK trade fair, with the 2018 show being hailed ‘the biggest show in years’. With the inclusion of kbbreview’s ‘How to…’ Retail and Design Conference and the 2018 Innovation Awards, the kbb exhibition enables kitchen, bedroom and bathroom professionals to view all of the new and exciting product launches of the industry, as well as providing an insight into hottest trends and material inspiration.

With the BAGNODESIGN brand being known for its trend forward designs, UK and European Sales and Marketing Director, Richard Nicholls, was interviewed by kbbdaily regarding the success of the stand and for trend predictions of 2018. Another highlight was attending the kbbreview Retail & Design Awards, with our talented designer from BAGNODESIGN Edinburgh being nominated for Designer of the Year 2018.

The exhibition was also a fantastic opportunity to launch our trend setting new products from the 2018 BAGNODESIGN collection. These included four new brassware ranges: Zephyr, a soft square design available in Chrome and Matt Black; Malabar, a reinvented traditional range featuring ceramic handles available in Chrome, Brushed Nickel and Zanzibar; Koy, a sleek modern option, available in Chrome, Brushed Nickel and Matt Black; not forgetting the Toko range, designed with a minimal, cylindrical silhouette.

The Toko mixer was perfectly paired with the new Monroe furniture range. Contrasting against the dark wooden countertop, the metallic drawer front and bronze basin were all beautifully coordinated in the new ‘Zanzibar’ finish. The Zanzibar finish proved popular and was incredibly well received, with comments of how ‘on-trend’ this finish will become within the market. Showcasing a pale golden tone, with a soft brushed finish has resulted in a modern reinvention of gold; to meet the demand of the reintroduction of gold and bronze to the market - predicted to be a huge trend for 2018. Impressive as ever was the diverse selection of products in this finish, including perfectly matching accessories, making BAGNODESIGN the first choice for a complete colour solution.

The wide variety of products available was further extended by the launch of our sister brand AQUAECO; a commercial brand for competitively priced plumbing solutions. This exclusive, comprehensive offering was inspiring to many and of interest to numerous prospective new dealers and franchisees; here at BAGNODESIGN we always welcome new opportunities to join the family!
